Discover the Joy of Healthy Eating and Exercise
Author Diana Anderson knows her stuff when it comes to the rudiments of health and fitness. A certified personal trainer, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to this subject. Even with scores of books available on this topic today, this book sets itself apart from the others by giving attention to the fact that our bodies are where the Spirit of God dwells.
Along with pages of meal plans and illustrated workout routines, chapter headings such as "A Time to Every Purpose: Glorifying God in All We Do," "Remember the Sabbath: If God Rested, You Should, Too!" "A Might Muscle: The Astonishing Power of the Tongue" and "Beyond Flesh and Blood: The Importance of Spiritual Armor" will remind readers that this is no ordinary health and fitness book.
What Diana has compiled is a tool for women (young and not so young) who know that a successful fitness program has to take into consideration the inside of the body as well as the outside. In the section titled "Keep Your Temple Tidy," she writes: "Sickness is often a result of our own negligence when it comes to taking care of our bodies. The mistake stems from the notion that we own these temporary tents of flesh and can therefore treat them however we see fit—or unfit, shall we say. We know by now that we are not our own and that God commands that we glorify Him in our bodies (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
Fit for Faith contains lots of great content, along with charts, lists and illustrations. Nuggets of information called Faith Facts and Fit Facts are sprinkled throughout. This book is an excellent way to boost an ongoing health regimen or kick off a brand new program.
Diana Anderson earned her personal training certification from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. She is currently working as a trainer in Tyler, Texas, and has a passion for helping young women find their identity in Jesus Christ and embrace their bodies as dwelling places of the Holy Spirit. Diana has been interviewed on The 700 Club, and has also been a guest on several radio broadcasts, including Changing Worldviews with Sharon Hughes, Radio Liberty with Dr. Stanley Monteith, Take Five! with Eddie Baiseri, and Rapture Ready Radio with Matt Buff.

Set Your Heart On the Fullness of God.
You cannnot have a relationship with numbers, but you can have a relationship with the God who invented numbers. The God who wrote the Bible is unique in that His divine codes are hidden in the Bible, in our anatomy, and throughout the universe.
